Easy

Fry up with some butter and then add wide egg noodles and salt and pepper to taste.

It's also good with fried ham or fried keilbasi in it

More difficult

Cook bacon in a pan. Take bacon out of pan and drain some of the bacon grease out. Add cabbage to pan. Maybe sprinkle a little brown sugar on it right before its done. Then add the bacon bacon in if you haven't already eaten it...lol
