I give up, why do people behave this way?

I have enough means for that NOT to happen. :D
I'm happy for you.

Hey bro you had a tenant who left , that's not much of a problem . I posted about one that YOU have to REMOVE . Of course you would have to have some reading comprehension skills to understand that .

Yes, I've dealt with evictions before due to FTP. I think I kinda covered that as that's part of the FTP process. If you actually know what this means. The tenants have 3 strikes or 3 full FTP until the lose the "right of redemption". Of course if they are like this you simply don't renew the lease. 1 yr is short.

This is the way you people work....

You see a hood in Baltimore City with yellow tape and in your simplistic mind Baltimore = Bad... I lived in Baltimore for 11 years and I was never shoot at, stolen from etc....

You have Baltimore County, which in many cases is the polar opposite to the city. You have the highly affluent neighborhood of Roland Park. Some of the homes were architected by the same that did the Belvedere Hotel in NY. You have Canton, Fells Point, Federal Hill, Greenmount West. Are you keeping up?

When I purchased my 2nd property I was trying to buy in the city. There's a corridor between Hilton and Edison. It's a hot area because of the proximity to JHU, Dental and all the other well established industries and institutions there. The tiny homes there cost more than some of the cookie cutter shitboxes in Calvert.

But this is all far beyond your understanding.

"You People" :killingme

First, I'm not "from here", have not lived in SoMD all that long (most of my life I lived elsewhere, and I've been to major US cities, they all have "hoods". I went to college in one of those hoods. By far Baltimore is one of the biggest schist holes I have ever seen, very little of redeeming value left in the city. What could have been, is decayed and continues to decay because of inept and corrupt politicians and their feeble minded voters.
So stuff "You People" in the hole where the moon don't shine, but your head resides.

How many times are you going to change your story ? You claim one thing then as soon as someone questions you , you morph the statement you made into another .

So I've lived in Calvert County for about 9 years now. I'm originally from Baltimore. One thing I can't get adjusted too is the personality of people that live down here. Their behavior seems very naive and overly nice sometimes. It sometimes feels that many walked off the stage of the brady bunch. Some have a very limited view of the world, which consist of just Calvert County. I was talking to a parent from Annapolis who know this area and she said that many down here behave "entitled" and it makes it difficult when trying to work with them.

Is this a "suburb" behavior or maybe a "country" type of behavior?
Well then why don't you just mosey on back to ball more since you seem to not like it in the Suburbs
