You have Baltimore County, which in many cases is the polar opposite to the city. You have the highly affluent neighborhood of Roland Park. Some of
the homes were architected by the same that did the Belvedere Hotel in NY. You have Canton, Fells Point, Federal Hill, Greenmount West. Are you keeping up?
When I purchased my 2nd property I was trying to buy in the city. There's a corridor between Hilton and Edison. It's a hot area because of the proximity to JHU,
Dental and all the other well established industries and institutions there. The tiny homes there cost more than some of the cookie cutter shitboxes in Calvert.
But this is all far beyond your understanding.
