so you are denying the report that Floyd had fatal levels of Fentenyl
Seven medical experts warned against calling the situation an overdose saying Floyd wouldn't have had the same energy or behavior interacting with police as he did if he were on his way to an overdose.

It appears to me that you are trying to justify Chauvin's actions by saying he would have died anyway how dare you charge me with murder!
Sorry Mr. Gurps it doesn't work that way.

Plus don't forget only one of the autopsy reports stated the amount of Fentanyl in his system would be enough to kill him.

A 1st amendment auditor comes to St Mary’s County. He only encounters 1 dickhead(near the end), though the sheriff’s deputies follow him around after making contact.

If George Floyd had a fatal level of fentanyl in his system, he could not have avoided death nor could he have been saved. It's slightly akin to using someone as target practice as they fall off a cliff. The behavior is still repulsive, but the result would not have changed.

I realize if you shoot a man in the head BEFORE he becomes a corpse, it's murder, but if you do it afterward, it isn't.
My point is, the result is the same - they were abusing a man who was dying already.

This respectful teenager is pulled over in Massachusetts for not dimming his lights when meeting an oncoming officer. Officer‘s ego gets in the way because he then accuses teenager of drinking. Teenager passes field tests AND blows 0.00%. Officer can’t release His ego or the teenager so accuses him of smoking weed. Arrests him for further chemical testing. After more than 2 hours, teen is released with no charges. But you gotta watch the last 4 minutes where the teen lectures the officer like a father lectures his son - AWESOME! I hope the teen scores a payday out of this.

This video shows the importance of exercising your 5th amendment rights - do not answer questions! And also know the laws in your state - apparently Massachusetts is NOT an implied consent state so if the teen had refused sobriety testing, he could have possibly been on his way much quicker. Or the cop would have kept his ego and continued fishing.

It’s cops like this that put distrust in the minds of citizens.

There is no such job as a 1st Amendment Auditor, except in this dickheads mental delusions. And the only dickhead in the video was the dickhead running the camera and mouthing off about looking for dickheads. He should try a mirror.

If I remember correctly the Medical Examiner was going to call it an overdose until somebody told him the scenario.. Cop, restraining, knee on back.. etc.. etc.. then he changed his finding.

Which brings into question WHY would anyone pollute his decision by providing a scenario, and how does that weigh on how trustworthy his past and future findings are.

Evidence supports decisions, he found evidence to support an overdose, didn't find any evidence to support him being killed, until somebody told him.

I watched some of their videos.. they come across to me as a bunch of ignorant azzholes that have nothing better to do than tryin to ruin some cops life. They intentionally find scenarios where they know how cops are going react, and try to escalate the situation to the point the cop does something wrong.

Total buttwipes, total wastes of the oxygen they breathe.

Yada, yada, yada every house that catches fire is an electrical fire until proven otherwise. Unexplained deaths ruled overdose until proven otherwise!
