I just finished a great book. :bawl:

The Time Travelers Wife By Audrey Niffenegger. A beautiful and really weird kind of love story.

I'm also re-reading Anne Rice's Cry To Heaven. A wonderful historical novel that is, as is the norm with Anne, beautifully written and superbly researched.:yay:

I do that with TGS when we are driving to Fla. :huggy:

Geek: I've got the sequel to Pillars of the Earth if you want to borrow it. For some reason, I am really struggling to get thru Pillars of the Earth, so don't know if I'll be reading the sequel immediatly after. Let me know.

Anything written by Sophie Kinsella is really good, if your looking for a light, fun read. She did the whole Shopaholic series. One of my favorites is called "Can you keep a secret".

I'm working my way through Lee Child's "Reacher" series and every one of them grabs you right from the start, with a satisfying ending.

I don't recall one by that name... but if you are able to read the psycho ones, most definitely pick up Intensity... couldn't put that thing down...:faint:

I've read tons of his books, but Lightning sticks in my mind as one of my favorites.

EXCERPT

I definitely recommend that you see the film High Tension if you enjoyed Intensity.

Light but good - around 200-300 pages
Great Gatsby. Fitzgerald.
Cannary Row. Steinbeck. Very funny. Short light read.
James Bond Series by Ian Flemming.
Casino Royal was the best but the others were good.

What love is all about
Oh! and Stephen Coont's and Robert Crais all this stuff is gripping but doesnt make you over think, say like Tom Clancy. I too strain with words and stuff but find I can enjoy these without hurting my brain :howdy:

I just finished one of Tom Clancy's books that wasn't hard to follow. It was really good. I think it was called Net Force

You should try the Janet Evonovich?sp? books. there are 13 of them and it starts with One for the money all. the way to Lean mean thirteen. I swear they are awesome.Let me know if you read them and how you liked them.I will bet you will. This goes to whoever reads this post. :howdy: :howdy:
