If you stick to this it will work. Eat every two hours and lots of water. Make sure you have lots of protein in the morning. Breakfast is really important. When you are eating every two hours you will. never really be hungry. You just take the edge off. Snack on almonds and fruits through the day. Add a salad to your lunch and dinner. Don't eat frozen meals! They are full of salt. Fat free stuff has more salt then light. No soda either. I do portion control. I do not park at the closest parking space. I park further away. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. I did this for a month and lost 15 -20 pounds. As soon as i stopped i gain it all back..lol! I am week 2 of the process all over again. I lost 5 pounds. I feel great and have more energy. I also cut out a lot of gluten and high fructose corn syrup. I plan on going back to the gym.
