I have been bellying aching over in Bay Kat's thread about how much of a beyotch my 2 year old kitty is being about us keeping the one I was certain would find a home and didn’t – so we kept him. The kitten we kept is Sonic, the male tabby, and he is wonderful. My old cat and dog love him but Meanie (real name Mina which means love) is not being nice at all to any of our animals now. She goes out of her way to swat and growl at our animals. I got her a new toy and have been spending time with her everyday playing but still… nothing has changed & it is getting worse… maybe it has to get worse before it gets better? The kitten WANTS to be friends with Mina and hasn't let those beatings she has been giving him keep him from trying. 
Yesterday I opened the windows since it has been so nice out and damn if Mina didn't go to the window where Sonic was sitting and growl at him. She is outside and he is inside. My husband chased her off the porch so she'd stop.
