lab puppy wanted

I can understand wanting a puppy. it's an experience thats for sure. Sometimes the rescued ones are so greatful though and they turn into the best dogs.

Same here... I'm just sad for those three dogs who aren't wanted anymore.

She done birthed some babies already...

She is breed right now by the 5yr. old male. She is very sweet and is an awesome mother!

i'm looking for a reputable breeder now. Just not having to much luck which is why i posted this thread. i know there are a lot of animal lovers on this site and i figured someone would know a good breeder.

You can teach an older dog your ways and training. It just takes time. We recently adopted a 3 year old doggie from Tri County and he is wonderful.

I wish! I've always loved labs and had a black lab when I was younger. They are the bestest dogs, so loyal, affectionate, cuddly.

Your house is bigger than mine and you have enough room for another doggie. I think day should buy me a bigger house so we can have lots and lots of doggies. And meow-meows, too.

I agree, if you absolutely have to have a purebreed that atleast make sure not from a puppymill and the breeder is reputable and also does rescue. My friend used to breed labs but has since stopped after she fostered a batch of puppies that were dumped at the shelter. Now she realizes how many just do not have a home. There are some really cute puppies that are lab mixes at ARF (Well Pet Clinic) that are up for adoption tomorrow. 2 look exactly like pure yellow labs and 1 looks just like a pure black lab. Good luck in your search either way.
