To be fair up until about 6 months ago I've read many conservatives saying we shouldn't be paying for any space exploration etc.
The places I was seeing it were also full of flat earthers too saying the entire reason for NASA's existence was to keep up from the other side of the ice wall.

Sure cuts hurt, but who else has the balls to make them. Name someone else that would take the shitty job that Musk has taken on , or someone else who has the balls todo it? The debt has been growing for 50 or more years and no one else has shown up so far.
