Yeah, varies toll to toll, but makes a BIG difference having it going up the 95 corridor to NY/LI. I take out a loan to cover the tolls before I leave. (j/k, but it is pricey)

Because the fact is Boeing has no capsule that can take anybody in space safely. Despite being given almost twice the money and more than twice the time. Should NASA cripple this program simply because Boeing can't perform? Because the optics are bad?

Maybe, but incentives get awarded for performance. which Boeing has failed to demonstrate. Not one test has been performed without issues.
