There's no shame in that.I just watched it for the first time since I recorded it. Yes, I'm sniffling in the background. I admit it.
I'll tell her, but she had nothing to do with it. I did it. (Garry). We work well as a team.Thank You Sandie !!!!!!!!!!
I got the email about that. Flyover, nice touch. I heard it, couldn't see it.My Mrs. just called, said there was a "Manning of the Rails" as the procession went past the HQ building, plus a flyover.
I watched the procession out of my 3rd floor office window.I wanted to add that my friend and I parked at the RC Movies and took one of the school buses that were there to shuttle folks to and from the HFVD yesterday and today. We talked to the drivers and they were ALL volunteering their time. I thought that was just totally awesome and very heartwarming, and I told them so. (and thanked them all)
I'm so very sad that he gave his life in the service of others, but as was said many times last night & in the service today - he was doing what he loved to do and felt called to do. What an honorable man he was.
As the mother of young firefighter (28), (both career and volunteer) I have to say that it was just overwhelming to see the outpouring of support, love and respect for Brice, his family and all of his fellow firefighters. So much love and respect these past 10 days. I'm very proud of our southern Maryland community. <3
