Best part is that, when confronted, the owner said "We didn't know! We were just trying to say our business has discounts for first responders so we advertised it."
REALLY... you didn't wonder why there were so many first responder vehicles at a got damned FUNERAL HOME???
Exactly.

I would like to say thank you first before I start this rant, it was extremely moving to see the way everybody in St. Mary’s County and surrounding fire departments, EMS even the citizens came out to show support as we escorted Brice home from the bottom of my heart thank you. Now the disrespectful part, as Brice was being unloaded and taken into the funeral home, one of our local businesses thought it was a good idea to promote and advertise their business with flyers placed on the side of fire apparatus at the Funeral Home and on Peabody Street. I went in and talked to the manager and asked her if she thought it was a good idea and her response was, well there was a lot of people and we’re trying to give first responders a discount. I then asked her does she think it’s disrespectful to do it at a funeral home in these trying times then she said “oh we didn’t know what was going on, we just seen a bunch of first responders”. So with that being said, I would like to take this time and shed some light on Action Lounge and Billiards for being the most disrespectful business in our community, shame on the staff and business for taking advantage of this tragedy while trying to pad your pockets.

Throwing the deuces
I apologize!
No worries! After reading the post again, I can see where the confusion came from. I'm sorry about that. Never would disrespect anyone like that.
He was honored all the way from Baltimore and Baltimore City yesterday. I dont know about along B&W Pkwy, but once they hit the Beltway every overpass and entrance to the Beltway there was a Prince Georges firetruck. Once they entered Charles County every main intersection was occupied by a piece of fire apparatus from either Charles County or Calvert down to Rt. 5 and Rt. 6. Then St. Mary's took over with their stations blocking roadways. Charles had 2 ladder trucks at the county line (St.Mary's/Charles) with the hanging flags. Viewing is going to be at the Hollywood Firehouse next Wednesday only because its the biggest place they could find for the amount people who will be coming from all over for the funeral.
I was wondering what was going on. I saw it on the Beltway as I was heading home from work that day.

They call me ... Sarcasmo
Leonardtown VRS holds (held) their queen of hearts fundraiser at action. I wonder how much longer that'll be the case.
I'm sure that The Rex wouldn't mind the extra business.

I was coming through rt 245 on the day of. I saw the ladder trucks in front of Brinsfield, I knew it was close. I had to go to CVS and not wanting to miss honoring Brice, I waited. There are so many impatient idiots out there. A command vehicle from Bryans Rd was blocking the intersection, still, idiots couldn't wait and drove the first responders in the intersection. This was a Dish network van to be exact. Total idiot. Anyway. Once the first vehicles started approaching the intersection, ALL traffic stopped. I videoed the procession, it was over 6 minutes long. Impressive and emotional. It was nice to see that no one moved.

May he rest in peace, 😢
