Parent's advised they just moved into the neighborhood last week. Parents still believe child has just met up with some new friend's on his bike and is just riding around. Therefore they do not want to call in the FD at this time.

He may have wondered to Nicollet Park........that is a nice park to ride bikes and watch the kids in the skate board area.

Since he was on a bicycle, and his parents are law abiding citizens, he must have been wearing a helmet. Why don't they give the color of the helmet?

Amber alerts don't happen this fast. They have to be submitted to Maryland State Police and approved. And they don't generally approve them unless there is some sort of foul play suspected.
