I would have to agree with you.

I have been living on Town Creek Drive for just over 2 years now. My kids are just this summer to be able to go farther than 4-5 houses away. But that is because the people back here fly down the street.

Amber alerts don't happen this fast. They have to be submitted to Maryland State Police and approved. And they don't generally approve them unless there is some sort of foul play suspected.

I saw a special on it a month or so on TV. And it was centered on Maryland. It was very informative. They should re-air that often.

I suspect if they don't come up with something by dusk they will start getting really serious and call in the F/D folks. I doubt they will call in the Helo considering this area is likely to have people walking around all over the place.

Airport View Drvie., St. Mary's County Airport. I suspect your helo was from the base. I have not heard Trooper 7 or any other Trooper mark up or even be dispatched as yet.

Juvenille has been located in Spring Valley. I guess a Bystander talked to the boy, and gave him a cold drink. Bystander called police advising boy wants to go home but will not unless Police and/or parents come get him. Police and parents are going to pick him up now.
