You are allowed to have a dog and dogs do bark. She may consider any amount of noise he makes to be intolerable. Expecting the dog to make no noise or not accepting that he will bark at times is unrealistic.
Or she may have a valid complaint if his barking is a nuisance and more than an occasional occurance.
Having read your posts before, it is ongoing and is not going to be settled until one of you moves.

I can tell you this it wont be moving. this lady complains about everything as she doesn't want me here .

Hmmm. From what youv'e posted you live in a place your step-dad and mom own. They moved you there to get you the HELL out of their home. Just an FYI for you. They sent the big barking annoying dog with you because it brought them two steps closer to having some well deserved peace and quiet. They are not going to say anything to HER, because they are just happy you and the dog are now her problem and not their's. Your parents probably dance around naked everynight thanking their lucky stars they found a place for you and the big damn yapper.:lol: Hell they probably gave that lady and her old man a rental discount just to try and put up with you.

Truth hurts but life sucks. You are close to thirty or over it, right? Other than your poorly advertised pet sitting service. You run a register in an old store probably not more than five hours per day on the edge of Point Lookout. At least that is what the website you put up says. The highlight of your day is serving beers to those locals that have no life other than driving around and throwing back the cold ones.You have gone on and on about this horrible woman who hate's you and yet her kid is with your step brother and they have a kid together. Get that? Your step-dad & her are grandparents of the same child. Yet you expect him to kick her out. Yeah right, don't hold your breath lady. Also why do you always bash the chick but never the boyfriend? You have made a few references that she don't work blah, blah, blah. You maybe have eye's for him?

no i sure as heck don't want her boyfriend tyvm. No my stepdad and mom didn't want to get rid of me. I wanted to move here to help my stepdad run the place and I do more than run the register for the locals who like to come in. He knows this lady is nothing but a complainer.

My neighbors dogs bark all the time and it drives me crazy. I understand the ladies complaint. I would rather have to listen to a tv or loud foot steps then a barking dog.
