This is a good thing! I haven't ridden a real bike since class 2 years ago. And I remembered it very easily. I have a lot to learn on this on...get the feel for the sweet spot, etc. But without the fear of falling, it was no problem. I was doing figure eights, and all kinds of stuff.

The tight turns have to be real slow, and you Don't roll On-into a turn, you roll off, down shift. You also straight arm the turns, don't lean, so it's different. But I find it a lot easier. Cause I don't have to worry about the fall. :flowers:
I'm gonna stick with 2-wheels for a while, but if I feel I can't do it, I'll do what you did. I'm getting comfy on the new bike. It feels much more secure than my baby bike. We need to get together, but that probaby won't happen till Spring. I'm going to Oregon next week for a week, then to Key West in December for a week.

Sounds like fun. I'm going to Singapore the end of the month. I will be riding around tomorrow. But only in the neighborhood. But we will have to get together next spring!

I'm sure you'll have no problem with the big girl bike. I just didn't have the strength. I'm proud of you fgor being able to do it!

I'm scared to death when I take off on it, but I'm getting it. It is so much more fun than my baby bike. If you know anyone looking for a bike to learn on, the Rebel is gonna be up for sale in the next few weeks. I have someone that wants it, but she hasn't got the $ yet.

I'll keep an ear out. That's what I took my class on! Nice little bike. Probably even better if it isn't used by all those learners. :killingme

I've been there. I know it's increadable. Thailand was even more of a surprize. They had whole families of 5 on one moped! I couldn't believe it.!

I'd appreciate that. It's only got 2000 miles on it.

I was riding while doing some errands this evening. If the destination is only 15 minutes away (most places in the county) I'm just getting chilly when I get there on the bike and it takes a few miles for the car to warm up, so I'm warmer if I ride.
Going to Annapolis tomorrow for a SCRC officers meeting.

It is here! And I can ride Her! I have photo's, but can't figure out how to do the thumbnails on here. So when I figure that out, I will post them.
That's kind of an odd place for the oil filter. Easy to get to though! :lmao:
Have fun and be careful.

I am/will both have fun and be careful. Hubby is ultra conservative when it comes to MY riding. And he's Right. (yes I said that i n print...but he doesn't read these! :lmao: ). I do know my limits, so far any way. Look out world, once I'm comfortable though!

Thanks for the good thought! :flowers:
