Email address was posted in the first post. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to run that name (on a whim) through Maryland Judiciary Case Search (a link to which was also post on here way back when) and see the cases the person is involved in.

I didn't notice it. I back tracked and checked it out.

If this story is 100% true, as written by the author with NO embellishment or outright lies, then the case will be thrown out and Officer George will be fired. The author can then sue for excessive force and assault, and be rich for the rest of his life.

However, I suspect that this story is greatly embellished (all criminals are innocent, doncha know). If this cop was going to find some innocent gay guy to beat up, he wouldn't do it in the SFW parking lot. THAT, I am certain of.

Your sure have a lot of faith in our local judicial system to actually believe that everything will go right and no SOMD redneck will have a problem with a gay man even having a child. I for one don't live in a dream world where I think that everyone is treated equal when we know quite a few are not.

If this story is totally true, and in this county I wouldn't doubt it, this man doesnt stand a chance unless he finds a really good lawyer.

And as for being able to spank your child, I say do it! That is one reason kids today have no respect and act like they can do and say anything. I don't mean beat the crap out of a kid, but there is nothing wrong with a good spanking!!

You honestly think that the judicial system in SMc would convict a Gay guy of something they didn't do just because he is gay?

I wonder what this guys legal status is. Is this guy is a bio dad, legally adopted dad or just a bunk mate of the bio/adoptive dad who likes to be called "daddy".?

Depends more on who knows whom here, not whether they're gay.

Good question, since they are both identified as the daddy.

How many of the "others" were thinking that? Because that's not what this particular "other" was thinking. Feeling presumptuous today?
Others I have conversations with. What made YOU think I was referring to YOU?? Feeling presumptious today??? :eyebrow:
