I also happened to use Google to see where they were located and saw the reviews. Two complaints, one from each place, and both were on slow delivery. Most people seem to have a positive response.Yeah... you caught that too?

just thinking about it, would a business owner do something to risk their investment? Was pretty sure the story was either horseshit andorsomething was withheld.
On top of that, the reviews didn't paint a picture of a dump.
This, in trade-craft, is known as, disinformation. Who here really expects a 17 year old, in today's public education system, to write like this? JHFC. People are so gullible. I would wager everything the OP stated is true. That a franchisee would do anything, and everything, possible to keep costs down. We don't even know whom the franchisee is. Whomever, they are, it's not their first rodeo, and are most likely schooled in how to keep some of the overhead costs, hidden.I have found that most customers are happy with the fresh food and customer service, as everyone who I work with, including myself, have great attitudes and enjoy meeting customers everyday. I personally love the food and everyone I work with so I have taken to heart the comment about needing new employees when I know how hard each of us work everyday to satisfy customers.

Took you all long enough.....
This may be home of my business but I'd be curious to know how the employee found this thread.
So much for a job reference...Guess the employee is owner of the franchise and word got back to him/her?? That was my first thought when I saw the 'teen' post.
Did you really mean "home" or was it supposed to be another word, like "none"?This may be home of my business but I'd be curious to know how the employee found this thread.
TYVMI made probably a bit more than minimum wage at the Pharmacy. Sexism by the owner/pharmacist. The girls ran registers, the rest of the work, from taking out boxes, to getting stock out of the back, to cleaning the ice cream freezer and doing deliveries and the deposit were all mine.
It was a damn safe community, but he didn't want the girls out with money - we would get paid when we made the deliveries (in cash).
There are two locations of Pizza Boli in St. Mary's County, Mechanicsville (Have not seen it to give you a reference) and Lexington Park.
The Lexington Park store is near Dicks and Kohls. It may have taken over for the other pizza place that left.
But it's in the shopping center across from WaWa and Southern Maryland Toyota on 235
autrkorektDid you really mean "home" or was it supposed to be another word, like "none"?
If I may ...

It's good to have a plan!
I am a minor (17 yr old) who is currently working at Pizza Bolis in Mechanicsville and I am not required to make deliveries. I am also the only minor who is or has ever been employed at Pizza Bolis in Mechanicsville since it opened in October about a month ago. Any concerns I have had have been brought to the attention of the managers & they have taken care of it. I find this to be a very misleading post considering you have conveniently provided no explanation for the events which have occurred at this restaurant . When you are hired , the manager & yourself agree on an hourly wage or a salary pay. If you or your daughter have worked here then that would be a discussion with the manager and not on a public forum. I have found Pizza Boils to be a very great environment to learn how to communicate with customers in a friendly & mature way from a business perspective . In no way am I trying to bash you, I am just simply stating the facts as an employee who actually currently works there.
