Pizza Boli's Mechanicsville should be shut down

Yeah... you caught that too?
I also happened to use Google to see where they were located and saw the reviews. Two complaints, one from each place, and both were on slow delivery. Most people seem to have a positive response.

I have found that most customers are happy with the fresh food and customer service, as everyone who I work with, including myself, have great attitudes and enjoy meeting customers everyday. I personally love the food and everyone I work with so I have taken to heart the comment about needing new employees when I know how hard each of us work everyday to satisfy customers.

This, in trade-craft, is known as, disinformation. Who here really expects a 17 year old, in today's public education system, to write like this? JHFC. People are so gullible. I would wager everything the OP stated is true. That a franchisee would do anything, and everything, possible to keep costs down. We don't even know whom the franchisee is. Whomever, they are, it's not their first rodeo, and are most likely schooled in how to keep some of the overhead costs, hidden.

This may be none of my business but I'd be curious to know how the employee found this thread.

Guess the employee is owner of the franchise and word got back to him/her?? That was my first thought when I saw the 'teen' post.

I made probably a bit more than minimum wage at the Pharmacy. Sexism by the owner/pharmacist. The girls ran registers, the rest of the work, from taking out boxes, to getting stock out of the back, to cleaning the ice cream freezer and doing deliveries and the deposit were all mine.
It was a damn safe community, but he didn't want the girls out with money - we would get paid when we made the deliveries (in cash).

There are two locations of Pizza Boli in St. Mary's County, Mechanicsville (Have not seen it to give you a reference) and Lexington Park.
The Lexington Park store is near Dicks and Kohls. It may have taken over for the other pizza place that left.
But it's in the shopping center across from WaWa and Southern Maryland Toyota on 235

Well the one time I was at the Mechcanicsville location, about 3 weeks ago I was very impressed with the place. Got the great special they have on the menu, the 13.99 pizza. Pizza was really good and Im sure we will be back in future. Place was very clean and lots of people coming and going with take out orders. When we left all the tables were full (not many tables maybe 6 or so). Staff seemed very pleasant and we got a kick out of the young man who was stuck on the phone talking to a customer who ordered online and was complaining that something was wrong with their pizza. He kept trying to explain for over 5 minutes or longer that it wasnt any employee fault that the customer was the one who submitted the order..
While we were sitting and eating our pizza a couple of times a gentleman came out of what seemed like a back room or office and walked around he seemed to be of Far Eastern heritage. I was thinking he may have been the owner.

Francishes would do anything, and everything to keep costs down? If its illegal, involves minors, then Dept of Social Services should be called. they have not been. If it involves their business license, then Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulations should be called. If criminal activity is alleged, then MSP or SMCSO should be called. they haven't. Its a shame, but as you pointed out, people are gullible enough to believe anything. Easy enough to prove. Call the agencies I just listed, tell them the allegations, and they will be more than happy to give you details. which there are none.

I am a minor (17 yr old) who is currently working at Pizza Bolis in Mechanicsville and I am not required to make deliveries. I am also the only minor who is or has ever been employed at Pizza Bolis in Mechanicsville since it opened in October about a month ago. Any concerns I have had have been brought to the attention of the managers & they have taken care of it. I find this to be a very misleading post considering you have conveniently provided no explanation for the events which have occurred at this restaurant . When you are hired , the manager & yourself agree on an hourly wage or a salary pay. If you or your daughter have worked here then that would be a discussion with the manager and not on a public forum. I have found Pizza Boils to be a very great environment to learn how to communicate with customers in a friendly & mature way from a business perspective . In no way am I trying to bash you, I am just simply stating the facts as an employee who actually currently works there.

Suuuuuure you are.. because 17 year olds are over flowing in this forum right? So they've only been open a month... and you're the only minor employed there ever and I guess the OP doesn't have a minor daughter who worked there... soo someone is lying eh... You talk very proper.. Like a pizza bollis owner of eastern decent who has had a very decent education.. You do not form your sentences with the ease and familiarity of a 17 year old. Do you know what a contraction is? It's like English isn't your first language but you learned the vocabulary well.. You also referred to pizzabolies as both "here" and "there". You are deceitful. Do you have any other experiences of pretending to be a minor in a public forum? On one hand you're not good at it, on the other hand.. you don't seem to have any problems with it.
