Still without power on hermanville rd since 6 or 7 last night. Drove down flat iron to help folks with their huge trees down everywhere. With the amount of trees down on lines its going to be awhile before they get it back.

I'm down Hermanville Rd and have had power since early this morning

245 still looks like a war zone. They trimmed back some of the overhanging trees but 2 of them are still hanging over the road suspended. No SMECO trucks in sight. Pike was on 235 by Outbakc replacing poles, maybe they will hit our road next.

Daughter and I took a little ride down to Golden Beach this morning, and Pike was down there working. It was about an hour and a half later that we got our power back. Hope you get yours back soon!!!

It's really hard to cook frozen pancakes on the grill... :ohwell:

Rt 5 between callaway and leonardtown has like 20+ trees down on lines, 6-7 smeco trucks were out working on them around 8pm ish

No power in my part of Town Creek, but there was a work truck coming in as I was leaving. I hope they packed a good lunch.

How were the water levels? Any intrusion?

It got high enough that the waves were just slapping the foundation in the front of the house. So most of my yard was about 6" under water. No damage at all..just the usual mess to clean up; the yard gets flooded that much several times a year.

 Look on the bright side.... for as long as you don't have power, you meter isn't turning and your electric bill will be much lower this month.
