be warned, tomorrow or today is the start of buy local and all the ads saying go to your local farmers market and road side stand. That is where the big and mid size lots go. So they will be buying more in hopes of high volume of sales this weekend. Prices maybe higher then normal

I am game for it but I usually can in September through November due to the heat in the kitchen. Most of the upstairs in my house gets condensation on the walls from all of the steam, so usually can when the temperatures outside are conducive to having the windows open.
