Had to say goodbye to Freckles today.
She was with us for fifteen and a half years.
She was our dog, but I was her human.

My deepest condolences. My wife and I may have to make that decision soon with our 15 yr old Golden.

Bella turned 16 today.
Still has some pep in her step and looks really good.
First shot is Bell at about 10 months. The last shot was today along with our most recent addition Mayhem who's 10 months old.

A co-worker showed me a picture today of a lovely little Yorkie puppy her husband got her for Christmas.
It looks like the name will be Holly Noel Berry.

Never easy when we lose one of our 4 legged family members.
You have Bella a heckuva good run at Life!

Not one day of her sixteen and a half+ years were we apart.
She only saw the vet for routine checkups and a few teeth cleanings.
If I couldn't bring her to a faraway event, I didn't go.
I meant as much to her as she did to me.
Same with her sister Freckles.
They kept me grounded.
I've felt this emptiness many times but this one is going to stick with me.
On the other side of this pic is a waterfall of tears.
