Help "Invisible Dogs"
Thank goodness they cared enough to get him back so we can find him a home!
I'm so glad to hear that!
In our experience Boxers are usually easy to place, but we almost always require previous boxer experience.

hope things work out...
did you talk/email her yet about them meeting him?
Yes I spoke to her this morning <G>.
.... did she tell you about the other boxer they adopted...
No she wasn't able to talk much but I'll talk to her more later. I hope she likes him and can convince the others that an adult is a good way to go <G>. I did explain he had been at the shelter and the owner redeemed him so we could find him a home.
1 old is still YOUNG!!!
and they dont have to go thru house training....
the saved/adopted a boxer the end of last year.. only to find out she was very sick... (owner neglect)
they did more for her the few months she was with them.. than the prior owners ever did for her.
they had to let her go not too long ago..
just go in.... sorryI just found out that Bruce the Boxer is with his new family for a trial run - let's cross our fingers that he found himself a permanent home!
just go in.... sorry
so they do have him!!
Yup owner replied to my email to say he's with the family and if it works out they will ask for his papers. YAY !!!! I hope it works out.
she just sent me a new pic of him..... OMG.... he is ALL boxer... I dont see pitty anywhere !
they were just really bad pics...... he is VERY HANDSOME!!
and things are going great!!!!
Good on you and Arkie for doing another great job of finding a home for the boy.
I'm so glad I pressed the lady to redeem him from the shelter ..... that's the first time I've ever asked someone to do that. I'm sure all involved are happier with THIS outcome <G>.
Thanks so much ICit ! Hey send me the pic - I wanna see ........
.. sounds like he is coming down with Kennel Cough... she is calling the vet now!
oh crap well after spending a few days at the shelter, I'm not surprised.
When I took Joey in (Calico girl), she seemed healthy but later that week I realized she had picked up germs at the vet office that updated her shots. She got ALL the cats sick! Oh well at least they made it through and now they have added immunity right?
Every time I go to the shelter, I use gel on my hands several times to be sure to kill the germs so my critters/rescues don't get sick.
