Its true that I am still a waste and now a motorized waste,
so I need a girl friend to straighten me out, or to help me fight the nasty child support system. It is okay and I believe you mean well so I forgive you.
Plus I get slandered far worse by others.
In reporting a story to others then a fair reporter must tell both sides of the story even if you do not agree with it.
So I know I am pressing a call of "slander" on you that was not fair to you but for others reading your post would not know the rest of the story and that is why I so objected to your words.
I wanted to give some real help to the woman asking the questions so I felt offended by your words.
Normally I would not care about those words as most of your claims about me were true and correct but I say it would be misleading to a new poster that does not know the rest of the story like I tell on my website.

Where do you get making accusations like that?
She never said anything about loosing her driver's license,
and she never said anything about a case of beer every night.
Even if you have some secret sourse for making such accusations then it is still slander and libel, link HERE.

I thought we were getting somewhere here, until JPC had to come on and defend the beer slinging, non license bearing mom who gave away her kid.
Could we get on with the story line now?

I see you are at least trying to get back to the subject and I like that.
But blind accusation of slander and libel is not getting to the subject.
It is just trying to blame the parent when the parent has done nothing wrong,
so the one makes up a pack of lies to smear the separated parent because the reality makes the system evil.

Some other poster called me that and I liked it so that is why I use it.
Oh. I figured it was more like the old commercial with Brett Favre..the one where he had a concussion ..he was on the sidelines and thought he was Batman.

I do not see any reason for her to press for custody either because the dad will take care and she can visit often.
I suspect she reacted to the negative accusations from other posters here.
And she could easily be depressed and unhappy as being the big reason for drinking in excess.
I went on a 5 year drunk after my marriage failed and I wanted to harm myself.
My siblings have always been cold and cruel so I suggest you find some sympathy for your sis.
The marriage or separation or custody or not custody does not make any parent as "bad" or "good" as that is a wrong way to judge people.
