I had a gut feeling they would do it.

I knew Dallas would NOT cover the spread as it would be a close game, but something was telling me they would pull it off.

That didn't surprise me. It surprised me that the offense did that well. It surprised me that Dallas didn't hit their lucky deep balls.

We've held Marion Barber in check in every match-up we've ever had with him.

This game:

8 carries for 26 yards

2007:

15 carries for 43 yards at Dallas

6 carries for -6 yards at Washington

Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle Tank Johnson had to be restrained after return specialist Rock Cartwright stood on the 50-yard line star at Texas Stadium yesterday as he celebrated Washington's 26-24 victory.



"This is how it is. When you win, you win with class. When you lose, you lose with class," Johnson said. "One of their guys, Cartwright, took it upon himself to celebrate on our star.



"It's the fourth game of the season. No one has accomplished anything but a win. That's just disrespectful and I don't think we'd do that to them. And I'm surprised he did that to us."



The Redskins could celebrate however they pleased, Cartwright said. "He was a little frustrated that we won," Cartwright said. "He got mad that I went and stood at the middle of the star.

...and yesterday coulda been 2 or 3 receptions better, easy. On one, Pac Man grabbed Santana's arm before the ball got there, first series. Another was that high one that hit Moss in the hands. Woulda been a tough catch, but it did hit him in the hands.

Zorn and Campbell are clicking I think it's fair to say. What's more impressive is early on until we went deep once or twice is Dallas was playing VERY tight coverage short.
