I'd be willing to bet there is nothing to hear now. The officers involved are going to be buried in paperwork.

Ok... anyone catch where there 10-10 (fight) is.... they called in a couple of ambulances. It is over on the Calvert side, I think, and the call didn't come across clear.

A friend of mine said he heard the police go past his house they were headed north on Medley's Neck toward Whirlwind, he's not sure where they went he is near Tower Hill. Maybe someone left the Country Store and needed to get home fast?

You have obviously never been on a harley you can just hop off you have to pretty much climb off of it. They said climbed from the vehicle, not out of it.

Right, Richard somebody another.

But... that was the "age bracket" for that type of drug. PCP highs are usually just mean and want to fight, and I'm trying to think if I'm familiar with any case where a PCP high was self destructive to themselves.

Cutting your own face up??? That is just....
I have heard that cutters & self injurers get an additional high/rush from the endorphins and adrenalin kicking in. I remember that from '88 when I used to volunteer on a hotline. Then, add heavy drugs and no impulse control and you start hitting some serious main arteries, he may just do the job for himself. Again, what do I know - this isn't recent knowledge - but potentially PCP combined with whatever else and effed up behavior will make a person do anything, right? It'll be an interesting tox screen. :yay:

Those were some of my favorite calls:jet: Crazy ass, super human strength, strung out, psycho talking, eye twitching patients:yay:

And you wonder why all true county boys carry an oak club behind the seat of their truck.:lmao: My Dad has all kinds of good stories about whacked out patients.

Report says 2005 Harley and that they flew the person to Wash. Hospital and don't know the condition they are in. That is very sad to hear, there are a lot of people out there with Mental Health issues and when you add drugs or alcohol anything could happen. I hope they are going to make it.

Would THIS face lie?
I got bits & pieces on the scanner last night....The Dep. came on screaming "Officer needs assistance, shots fired" then he came back on "Put the knife down, Put the knife down" then he came on later and said "Suspect in custody but he slashed both sides of his throat" It was wild as hell...Then they switched to another channel...

Its not sad at all, He tried to take out a Deputy, and (if the report is right) a citizen. He needed to be shot to stop the threat. Praise should be given to the officer, he was left to make a quick decision to protect himself and the citizen. He tried to protect the assailant as well by attempting to taser him, unfortunately it didn't work.

No one made that dude take drugs or whatever he was on. Don't assume he had a mental health issue. Be thankful for the Deputy that did what he had to do to protect everyone. Oh, and if the dude does make it, you better hope he doesn't do this crap again to where it has a tragic ending.

I'm not flaming you, its just my opinion on it.

"Hey I''m not crazy, watch me slice up my face and neck" :jameo:

No flame intended but I think its pretty safe to assume he has mental issues.
