Check the BBB of Charles County Gold's Gym receives an UNSATIFACTORY. If you complain to the owner you are on your way out! The owner will call your house and curse you out! Tiger Do Jang is not even listed with the BBB, Because he keeps he classes under a certain limit.

Dear Lady Gym Members,


PLEASE PLEASE Stop leaving your gym bag on the bench. That is what lockers are for. I come in every day and there it sits on the bench. Where do you expect to place their bags so they can get dressed?

PLEASE PLEASE Stop using the shower area to change your clothes. If you are going to to actually use the shower fine, but I do not like to wait on you to hide behind the curtain to change when I would like to actually use a shower. If I can change in front of other women while I have a growing belly and boobs, you can do the same.
