Not at your gym.
I didn't think you could hang.
Not at your gym.

Good grief. I just spent way too long reading this whole thread. This reminds me why I hate gyms. Instead of people being supportive of others wanting to work out, they scrutinize every little thing people do wrong.
He wouldn't!I didn't think you could hang.
I love this one. I also love the "Yo-boys" who wear the t-shirts that hang down past their knees.
Some over-tanned, wrinkly-skinned, women in the gym really should rethink the whole shorty shorts thing. Not good......
No, you are hot!!!!!
I just may be seeing you soon in the gym.
You ever think that some women aren't out to try to impress the pigs in the gym?!
I didn't think you could hang.
I f'ing hate Hammer Strength benches.
Why couldn't Pro Fitness order a few of these?
Elite Fitness Systems
Hammer plated-loaded is nice, but there are so many more needs the gym has to address...........

Good Grief! We'd have room for two of those if we went with Elite instead of four pieces of HS.
Mark was telling me that when you two spoke of the benches that the thinner and narrow style bench is better for benching heavier? I haven't messed with the flat bench much except for C/G benching.
What?
I never said that. I just said it would be nice to have competition benches or comp-style benches. Hammer does fine with the bench part, but leaves al ot to be desired everywhere else.
EFS has premier equipment. Made right. Safety conscience. Tough build. I recommended them to Mark.
Maybe I'm getting my stories mixed? I thought he told me someone (???) said those thinner benches were better for being able to put up a few more pounds on the bench?
This is retarded, whoever did say that. Just plain retarded.
[/QUOTE=Regardless, they're new, blue and they're there...
Yes. I agree, however, the old benches were ok. There were higher priority needs besides getting these replaced.
[/QUOTE=Everyone is going to town on the new HS Iso-Lateral Bench - I think someone's holding the record at 410 for 8 reps (2 sets total). I think I'll just stick to "listening" to people brag about it, not try it.
What about calf raises?
You just have to go earlier than 5
From EliteFTS.com (pretty funny because it is from a girl)
For Sick of your Gym: I was setting up to do some rack pulls when I noticed a couple of skinny dudes looking around the gym. Being the helpful kind of gal I am, I asked what they were looking for. They wanted to squat and needed the foam pad to protect their necks.
Ok, fine, right? But they could not find it and decided to give up on the idea of squatting because of that. *sigh*

Andrea,
This is good stuff. I think they may have needed another kind of pad...

Andrea doing rack pulls - I love it,
