But on a good day, I can't the ball a country mile, just don't know where it will end up :lmao:

Or it will go 10ft off the fairway and 4 of us can't find it :banghead:

Nobody complaing about the unwanted advice they receive from others (even though their own advice isn't any better)...

I got you beat. I was crushing 22 oz curls Thursday night with the wife and friends. The wife also pulled a huge 1 oz power curl! :lmao:

I don't point out anyone in particular. There are plenty of other people who abuse each other on here on a daily (sometimes hourly) basis.

As for my ability to squat (or lack thereof), I do what I can do.

Sad but true...

About two months ago, there were a few younger guys (19-21?) asking me what the point of training legs were. I was not training legs on that day but I was dizzy from doing something (talking?) and I just had nothing to say... but, I guess here's the only thing I can think of at the moment:

While it may suck to train legs, it would be nice if they matched the upper body and when you train legs (the largest group) you release more natural GH into your body and that translates into better overall growth for everything else... :blahblah:


I need to find a new hobby... :lmao:

Well, after the dieting is over and done with I'll probably try to maintain (maybe add a little weight) throughout the rest of the summer, then I'm going to try and size up on everything, especially the legs and calves and lower back.

I'm at work. That's why I am foruming it up today. I won't get off in time to hit PF. I'll be working out at home though. I got some strongman stuff to drag, lift, throw around.
I'll likely pass on that in favor of playing outside with my daughter. :banana:
