Sad but true...
About two months ago, there were a few younger guys (19-21?) asking me what the point of training legs were. I was not training legs on that day but I was dizzy from doing something (talking?) and I just had nothing to say... but, I guess here's the only thing I can think of at the moment:
While it may suck to train legs, it would be nice if they matched the upper body and when you train legs (the largest group) you release more natural GH into your body and that translates into better overall growth for everything else...
I need to find a new hobby...
