Today was my Leg day. It'as starting to seem like and hour isn't cutting it for my workouts anymore. Past few times I have stayed an extra 10 min or so. I really do not want to get up any earlier, already getting up at 2:30. Might starting hitting the gym twice a day, that way I will get 2 cardio workouts in then I can do finish up whatever I didn't have time for in the mornings.

I hit the gym twice a day on the weekends right now (as well as my CWS Friday). At first it seemed pretty cool, and it has its advantages but man, does it take away from the day when you go twice.

I usually take the weekends off, hit it 4 days a week.

A couple days a week I will usually hit the gym twice a day. Once at lunch time and then after work. I'll do cardio at lunch time, in the evening maybe do a cardio warm-up then lift. The only thing I don't like about it is the amount of clothes I have to wash when I get home. SO will do the same from time to time. For the last month due to surgery I only have my gym clothes to worry about. :yay:

Luckily, I have a job now with a uniform. Free dry-cleaning too. It has seriously cut down on my laundry.

I hit the gym 4-5X/week depending on where I am in my cycles. I do some training at home too 2-3X/week.

I do private shows on the side, so I have to keep up on my skills. I can't help it if im booked for the year. The ladies enjoy my show :cool:
