Stormy Daniels in court.

Maybe, but why didn't they object? I read somewhere that it could have been if the defense objected too strenuously that it might look like Trump was hiding something. At any rate the defense attorney that cross examined her was really digging. Maybe that's where they'll make their points.
I heard Turley say there was a standing objection to her testimony, period. Not a lawyer, but I am guessing that at any point thereafter, the judge could have said, sustained and got her off the stand. Instead, he allowed her to go into X-rated detail in a courtroom - and THEN claim it wasn't necessary.

Sorry - that's disgraceful. I'd stick up for Nancy or Chuck if a judge did that, and I wish far WORSE, for them.

WHAT IS THE CRIME NO ONE CAN TELL US!!!
What is it, almost two weeks into this trial? Don't lawyers typically declare the actual crime in opening statements? Isn't it usually laced throughout all of their statements, in court? Which part - is the crime? Are they hoping that a lurid tryst with a porn star and paying hush money will be perceived by voters as a crime?

Supposedly the crime is that Trump declared $130k as a business expense when it was hush money paid to Stormy Daniels.

There is no - like NO - evidence of this. The $130k Trump declared was paid to Michael Cohen for legal expenses, which were billed as such and documented. What Cohen did with that money is on him. Although there is no - NO - evidence of a crime, the Democrats just know Trump broke the law and are running around like St. Vitus dancers trying to pull something out of their ass.
What law

This should have been a clear mistrial except that the judge is a paid for POS who should rot in a federal prison along with every member of his immediate family just for good measure.

Stormy Daniels has nothing to do with this case. The bots are twisting themselves into nonsensical pretzels trying to tie her to Trump supposedly falsifying business records (which apparently is a much more egregious crime in NYC than raping and murdering people), but it has already been established as fact that Trump did not pay her - Cohen did. Then Cohen apparently billed Trump for it as "legal fees", which is actually COHEN falsifying business records, not Trump.

This is so clearly bullshit and politically motivated that every single one of these MFers should die in prison, if not be guillotined in Washington Square.

The gag order that this "judge" has handed down has been declared unconstitutional. You cannot prevent a defendant from speaking in their own defense. And yet here we are, with this POS fining Trump every time he speaks on his own behalf. And ****ing Eric Adams all, "Oh, we have plenty of room for Trump at Rikers!" No room for the scumbags who repeatedly injure and kill people in his city, but *plenty* of room for his political opponents.

This is the most shameful episode in a long line of Democrat corruption and malfeasance, and that's saying something. I don't know how this is being allowed because it's obvious third world banana republic bullshit.

Where do you get your information?

So much of it is wrong.

Who declared the gag order unconstitutional?

Trump is free to testify and has been told that many times. He just can't make threats online to anyone involved in the case.

Stormy was the one who received the payoff so of course she has to testify.

The funniest part of all this is Trump supporters are scumbags. If Trump just said "yeah i had sex with her while my wife was at home with our newborn" you idiots would have cheered and said "what a real man he is".

Instead he tried to hide it and lied about and falsified records. So now he is screwed.

The other ironic thing is you cheered for Clinton to be locked up on zero charges and now the shoe is on the other foot and you you cry for your orange god.

Karma is really a slow moving bitch.

Trump is playing 3D chess. When he said a couple days ago that it would be worth going to jail to defend free speech, he was testing the waters to see how it could help him politically. If he goes to jail, will his poll numbers increase? I say yes. The judge is having backroom discussions with the Biden administration to see how it would help or hurt Biden if he does throw Trump in jail for violating the gag order. Who's gonna make the next move?

You've been touting that 3d chess line for years and all Trump does is lose. He's getting a bit old to be playing the long game don't you think?

Again you literally understand nothing and are furious about your ignorance.

What's interesting is that Stormy Daniels declared under oath that she extorted money from Trump to buy her silence. THAT is a criminal act, and yet I don't see anyone rushing to charge her.

There is nothing illegal about paying or being paid hush money.

Try again.

Yeah... my mistake.

She doesn't want them DEAD. She wants them dead by GUILLOTINE. :killingme
She?

I thought you replied to Sams comment and explaination.

As someone who isn't shy about telling someone they should go die in a fire, or something equally horrific, Sam was correct in his assertion that it was circumstance.

PS.... I do hope they all die soon and I hope it's the most horrible death they can imagine?

Is that a clear difference?

I did. You would need to follow the flow of the comments to keep up.
What was Sam commenting on and attempting to "explain?"

No matter though. None of the followers will find fault with board mommy. That damned selective amnesia is so damned... selective

Who would have guessed that a trial involving Stormy Daniels calls …. wait for it … Stormy Daniels to the stand?
Except this case doesn't involve Daniels. The case is allegedly about Trump "Falsifying Business Records", nowhere in the indictment is anything about Daniels suggested or mentioned. I know you won't read it, but again here is the indictment.
