Is that you in the brown fringed jacket?
No, that's my friend that has the trike. And she's married so don't get yourself all in a dither.

I am sitting on her trike in a picture taken at Panera's with the black helmet on. Also had a pink do-rag on in some of the pictures.

I wish the harley riders had been a little more sociable though. They didn't talk much at Panera before we left, or at St. Georges Island where they huddled up by themselves before heading out on their own.

I thought that trike was pretty cool. After hearing the guy say they did the conversion themselves I wanted to hear more about it.
Harley snobs, I tell you. The girls were shy. The one with the trike was worried about riding with people she didn't know. The guy with the harley is really nice, but his wife is shy, also. Lugnut, I have his e-mail addy if you want to ask him questions. He'd respond. He's a great guy.

The gal with the trike called me at about 5:30 p.m. and had just gotten home. They went to Tall Timbers for brunch (they were starved), then went up to Chesapeake Beach. It was really her first long ride without her hubby. She said she thought you guys were all very nice. John e-mailed me this a.m. and said thanks for letting them come along.

SOrry I missed the ride.. but was having a hell of a time this week-end. My 12 year old daughters las sailing lessons were Saturday and Sunday, and I "volunteered" to be an assistant instructor. Now I'm as red as a lobster, but what a ride.

Looking at the pictures you were up along the bay?? So you guys know what the wind was like, and all the students were out in REAL little 16.5 ft sail boats.

Piney Point area. I didn't notice the wind being that bad, but it was early in the day.

Was nice meeting the new folks and riding with the old ones again. I'm glad that Loosetooth didn't make it past the gas station... Two red bikes and the exact same jackets...would have had folks lookin for the rainbow stickers.

j/k loosetooth. Lookin forward to riding with ya, and the rest of ya's again!

I went home and worked on the deck and successfully managed to end the day without a trip to the hospital or even needing any more bandages. Ya got to have goals in life, eh?

Hey I didn't see you there. I had something you left in the jacket pocket. It was either a light switch or outlet cover. I'll bring it next time.

Someone got pics!! Oh no! My cover has been blown!

BS, hope you and your hubby don't mind me saying your a cutie so it would be worth the "dither".

Where can the pics be checked out?

Panera was okay food wise but the eggs benedict and ribs sound great!!!

Cool to get out, ride and chat. I don't do it enough. I've been feeling a little like a hermit lately.

We don't care. After 25 years, he knows I thrive on attention and is glad to catch a break from having to provide most of it. BTW, thank you for the compliment. :huggy:

Yea, I pulled into Panera...almost. They were pulling up to the light, as I was making the right at the light to go to Panera. Quick uturn and I was part of the group, *whew*

Who's Idea was it to have such an early friggin ride anyway?

The switch cover...ah yes...my purchase at Ace hardware...my latest effort to cover my azz and avoid getting a ticket.

How long have you had it?
I've had it since October, but it had ~3700 miles on it before I got it. So, this is the first time it went over a nice, big, round number for me. 5k will be more significant though since that will mean that I rode it over 1k miles.
