geez.....she asked a simple question and within 5 min. made the right decision. It's not like she's arguing why she should keep the dog. She knows the right choice -was probably just talking out loud.

Oh yeah, like you've never ripped someone's ass for them for asking a simple question.

I had a dog growing up that did not like little kids. We really had to watch her around my little cousins and neighorhood kids. Couldn't figure out what her problem was other than she was a mean lil' beotch when she wanted to be. She was a Freebie along with her other brothers and sisters at a fish farm...figured maybe she was abused or tortured somewhat by little kids before we took her. But she ONLY went after little kids. And kids on Big Wheels. Oh yea, and that one incident with the mail lady. But that was one of the best laughs I've had in my entire life, so we kept her.

I had a dog growing up that would bite kids sometimes (not hard, just a small nip). It always happened if the kids were over playing sports in the backyard and never any other time. The dog was almost playing back, or at least that's how I took it. She lived a long, happy life & I would have never thought of putting her down for this, but that's just me.

From what I understand the only way to have a JR around children is from puppy age. My children have had a JR for about 2 years now and he is high strung but has never bit them.. children 10 and 5. He may be a little stupid sometimes but my son plays pretty hard with him and there has never been an instance of growling or anything.

The dog would have gotten a beat down for the action of biting and then crated . I would say if you have not had this dog since it was a puppy it would be gone in an instant.

Do you suppose it could be due to the fact that she's not been spayed yet?
My mutt was spayed over a month ago and she hasn't calmed down one bit.

My dog was neutered last month, and he's calmed down a tad, but I attribute that to him getting older, slowly working his way out of the puppy stage, and accepting his role in the house.

My dog will bite your kids face off, but I like him better than I like your kids. :neener: So if they can't deal....

That is a general statement for all who have kids, in no way shape or form am I saying one kid is worse than another, yada yada yada. :duh:

1. It's an animal, deal with it.

2. Little kids are annoying, especially if you're an animal.

That's all.

I love Pal, even if he is mental and eats laying down.

And any kid who can't escape from his slow ass deserves to be bitten. He does everything in slow motion so you can see it coming. :roflmao:
