I thought the whole thing smelled a little fishy from the git-go ... obviously, it's been big news here. I find myself being very suspect of chics who claim 'rape' anymore, and that's a horrible thing to say/feel, but with all these chics spewing the accusations like they're peanut shells, it's hard to be sympathetic anymore ... especially under these circumstances.

If that lumps me in with you and the bigot, so be it ... but it's not about skin color (for me). Any more, not only do I not assume the guilty are such, but I don't bet on the victim being such either.

Some stories sound plausible and some don't. This one sounded as fabricated as it was, especially after the media had these guys tried and convicted before they were even charged with anything.

Why did the hooker keep up the act? Shouldn't she have known the DNA wouldn't match? Or was she just stoned enough to think it would work?

There is talk that the prosecution may move forward still. Not sure what their basis would be. The whole DNA thing was kind of an important piece of their case you would expect.

The lacrosse team's defense attornies were on TV reading the DNA report. ABSOLUTELY NO DNA FROM ANY OF THE LACROSSE TEAM'S PLAYERS WAS FOUND ON OR IN THE STRIPPER'S BODY!! Even if they wore condoms, there would be lubricant, cellular DNA, a pube, ...something!

AND, the prosecution has time-stamped pics showing the liar's injuries PRIOR to the alleged assault! NOW the ONLY thing the prosecution has is the word of a stripper who has a poor criminal history. WEAK!

Mark my words- they'll be charging HER for filing a false report soon. Investigation will reveal she filed the charges because the lacrosse team somehow pissed her off. I would bet on a "contract dispute."

They took samples from all over her body. skin, under the nails, etc trying to find a match. There is a slight possibility that no DNA would be found, but the violent acts that she described would almost certainly produce something.

The "assault" was almost a month ago. High profile gets it through quicker. You can bet that most of the testing was done two weeks ago, with the remaining time spent getting everything legal.
