Thanks for all of the info on your new restaurant.
It looks like you've got a lot of interest. I have a few menu questions. Please describe your pizzas: Are they a thick chicago style or more of a thin New York Style? Could you give us some of the prices for your different sized pizzas as well as prices for growler refills (could you add your menu to your website?)? I used to go to Ramshead every week when I lived in Annapolis for growler refills and I would love to do that with you all. I just moved down to the Solomon's area and I think that you are going to be a great addition to the neighborhood.
Last question, is there any chance of the hilton having a shuttle service to take all of us southern marylanders home after spending all day at your brewery?

Hi EZMac!!!
The pizzas are going to be New York/Italian style, but we are also thinking of doing some thick crust ones and foccacias.
Check:NEWS at QUALITY STREET: Chef Carlos from the Ruddy Duck and NEWS at QUALITY STREET: Chef Carlos from the Ruddy Duck Joins Us for a Sneak Preview.
We will soon have the menu posted online with prices. Refillin a Growler would be about $12. About the Hilton's shuttle I'm sure that we can work something out.

Ruddy Duck opening mid-to-late April 2009?
Today I took a tour of the Hilton Garden Inn for an event we are planning and was told that the latest opening will be "around Easter" . The restaurant and hotel are linked in the business sense and there will be room delivery from the restaurant to the hotel for guests who request .
The hotel sales manager is named Paula. She's new to this hotel and she's really fantastic.
Paula is anticipating a great business with the hotel and restaurant.
If you're trying to secure a block of rooms for a family event, you will be pleased with her and the special offers she has.

Going by recently, I noticed the two large stainless steel vessels that had been in the parking lot have gone, i assume inside, which implies that things are moving along inside
I hope they scrub them good

Drove by there just this afternoon and wondered out loud when it would be opening up. Good to know!

Great picture!!!
The more you are anxious the more we get anxious.
We are almost there but we still have to go through a lot of inspections and equipment testing. Opening a brewery is not easy and we want to make it just right.
The place is looking wonderfull and the people that showed up to our Job Fair are fantastic. We had almost 600 applicants.
Please be patient, once we open we will be around for a long time.
