When I was single, I had a thing for studio apartments. I had a friend who lived in one in Key West, and it was huge. I used to daydream about how I'd put another level in it and add storage. It was sweet-looked out over Duval Street. In reality, though, if I lived there I would have never gotten any sleep.

Pfffttt. Our crazy back in the day doesn't even compare to todays crazy. Todays KW is a bit over the top, even for the wild child I used to be.

There was a show, couple of years old, where they would build portable tiny houses to spec, most not more than 5 or 600 sq ft. Cost then rarely exceeded $50k, and they were beautiful with all the modern fittings.

Don't know what they're mad about. 1/4 the home for 1/4 the price. Easy peasy.

That price did not include land or hookups. These include both. Looks like a heat pump beside each one too, not just window A/C.
