For the hundreds of lurkers, I get why you don’t post. When someone calls these folks out on things, clearly proving them wrong, they start with character assassination, accusations of substance abuse, name calling, on and on.

Any support for Putin is reprehensible, so yes, multiple members posting support is an issue for me.

What is it with European thinking that they must defend a city at all costs or go down trying? Zelenskyy just posted from inside Kyiv basically he's not leaving. Yeah, it could be seen as brave but....

Take it from George Washington. You've got to live to fight another day. You don't waste your entire army trying to save one city. You maintain an army in the field at all costs. When the invasion became evident, I'd had moved the government to Kviv, close to the Polish border. If needed, you can quickly cross the border and setup a Government in Exile.

Ukraine Official Claims Russian Troops Have Suffered Nearly 3,000 Casualties, Lost Hundreds Of Military Vehicles, Numerous Aircraft



The Ukrainian government claimed that Russia has “suffered” about 3,000 troop casualties and lost 516 kinds of various military vehicles, 80 tanks, 10 airplanes, and seven helicopters so far on Friday, possibly indicating that the Ukrainian people have had some success against the Russian invaders.

The announcement came at approximately 3:00 pm local time and was issued by Ukraine’s Deputy Defence Minister Hanna Malyar. Malyar also told the Ukrainian people, “We are strong! Victory will be ours!” in its effort against the Russian military invasion which began early Thursday morning local time.

“Russian forces have lost about 2,800 servicemen and 80 tanks during their assault on Ukraine, Deputy Defence Minister Hanna Malyar said on Friday,” according to Reuters.
