Al Sharpton has weighed in.. Not only calling Romney an anti-Christian, but also un-American because of his beliefs..

WOW...

Good thing he didn't call Romney a "Nappy Headed HO!!"

Better yet, good thing Al doesn't have a REAL job that he can be fired from!!

You better hurry and join the Romney campaign so you can help him win. Seems like all of the world is against him according to your recent posts.

seems you are ridiculing aethist plenty, so i guess they must be saying something of substance.
yep, they are... there are plenty who in their heart are atheists. That's the need for apologetics. People hear much on news, tv, other forms of media that sound good and pleasing... but deep down it is just the same ol same preached by non-god people for millenias gone by.

Not the world apparently, just the Baptists..

Heaven forbid we have a president in office with high moral values, decent hardworking.. Non-Smoker, Non-Drinker.. becasue he doesn't practice the RIGHT religion!!

And their points are just as valid

Same as a Mormon stating he believes in Jesus, and his version of the Bible (Divinly inspired by God) supports it.
Valid to only those who believe... Valid is personal, not universal. That's why in just this one thread we have so much disagreement... everytime I say something you come back with your "validness"... everytime you say something I come back with my "validness".

At the end of the day... no headway has been made for you believe your way and I believe mine. Seems rather pointless now that I have said that... so, out of here for awhile to go do something more worthwhile than to argue about something we both have decided to remain in disagreement with.

I take it you won't vote for Romney...

Why not??
Not who I want.

I look at actions, not religious beliefs. I also look at more than just one issue... this country has many, I have to vote on the whole person, not just what makes him popular to some and negative to others.

no, we aren;t in agreement. i beleive that its valid for the catholics, baptists, mormons and aethist to believe what they believe. you on the other hand believe that only your version is valid.
there is a mjor difference there.

Also, this thread wasnt started by non religious types ridiculing religion. it was started by religious types ridiculing the religious beliefs of others.

Stop being judgmental yourself. For you to even write that means you can only be right... That is the best nonscense any has put on any thread since I've been reading the messages.

For you to say "I must be right" implies you disagree and therefore you must be right... let's just discuss, cast stones in your arguments not in what you assume of me.

Did your mother ever tell you it is not polite to ask such personal questions about who they will vote for?????

Election is a ways off... I'm researching at present. I have made no decision as to who I will vote for. As to Romney, you know why I'm not going to vote for him or you wouldn't have asked the question. BUT do you know ALL the reasons? Of course you don't, because you would rather sit there and sip your hypocritical nonscense.

i asked because you claimed it wasnt because of religion....

and my mom told me not to discuss religion or politics with friends, you are not a friend, just a religious bigot.
