Thats a trooper from the Prince Frederick barracks. Why do we even care about how fast they drive? If I worked in law enforcement, I would mat it too. It see it as a fringe benefit and compensation for having a job that requires you to wear a second-chance vest every day.

Who cares? I think this falls into the "worry about something important" category...
