What's for dinner?

We went to the grand opening of SALT tonight. All of the food was very good. I had the red wine braised short ribs with veg medley and cole slaw. & a couple of margaritas.

Speaking of dinner and crabs legs, I learnt something weird yesterday. Norway is having a huge problem with a king crab overpopulation. They are so overabundant in some Norwegian waters that the government has declared fully open season on them with no limits.

Meanwhile the scarcity of them on our northwestern coast is quite the economic hit and a mystery too. I think I know where they all went.
