I had steak fajitas waiting for her when she came in the door. I used the leftovers from the T-bones I grilled on Sunday. They were a hit and will remain in the rotation

Man Dinner

Couple of Uno frozen cheesesteaks with horseradish sauce.
Hey Sneaks, this is what Roy Rogers in La Plata serves in place of the old Horsey Sauce.

The very old (circa 1975) Arbys had a great horsey sauce, but over the years it changed, got bland. I've been using BookBinders creamy horseradish sauce, very much like the old Arbys stuff, but not quite as sweet.

I'll keep an eye out for the Ken's. :yay:

I've looked, but alas, unless you go to Roy's seems you can only buy it by the gallon at food industry places. I have tried this but it is hot, hot, hot.

I think I'm going to try the BookBinders. This is it, right?

A new gas station opened up about a quarter mile down the road from us. Monello stopped in and got lunch, then came back and informed me they have the best fried chicken he ever ate. So when I got off work I hightailed it to the gas station for a 3-pc with mashed taters and mac/cheese.
The chicken was damn good, will likely be my new go-to. The taters were chunky like real spuds with surprisingly good gravy. I'm not a mac & cheese person so I had a bite and gave the rest to Monello.
