Ground Beef sautéed with diced onion and minced garlic, shredded cabbage was then steamed atop that and mixed in with seasoned salt and black pepper. Served over baked potato and garnished with shredded Cheddar.

Fiskesoup to start...beef filets drowned in brownsauce with mashed carrots and potatoes. Cheese pudding with raspberry topping followed by five different kinds of kake. Lots of wine.

It was a special dinner event..a combination of a project team 30-year reunion and the 70th birthday of the guy who was project leader on the civilian side. I'll probably have potato chips and a couple beers for dinner today.
