London Broil seasoned with onion & garlic powder, fresh cracked black pepper, a little salt and covered with thinly sliced onion, plus a drizzle of olive oil.
Baked butter rubbed Russets potatoes (I bake them wrapped in foil).
Sides: baked sliced mushrooms, with diced onions, seasoned with Italian salad dressing and steamed green beans with a bit of butter.
Beef turned out fork tender and I got Anita's highest compliments, an empty plate and "That was tasty."
Mushrooms/onions came out good, and made a nice garnish.
Potatoes and green beans did their usual yeoman like work as sides.
