Made chicken chow mein and beef, peppers and onions stirfry.

Big fat bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms, lettuce and my first real tomato of the season. Pasta salad on the side.

Baked salmon dressed with Dijon and dill, accompanied by sauteed mushrooms and spinach. Enough leftovers for dinner tomorrow.

Pork Loin in the crockpot with golden mushroom soup, a package of pork gravy mix and white wine. Served with mashed potatoes and peas. Leftover tonight.

Pot of onion soup on the stove. Will serve French style in crocks this evening.

Chicken, rice and corn on the cobb with a small salad.

Strawberry banana bread (warm) with ice cream for later.
