I saw a number of recipes for wings as I was scouring YouTube today, but didn't get them out of the freezer in time. And I bought some salald and for the life of me cannot find it anywhere in the house. A mystery.
So leftover now twice reheated manicotti.
Look in your car. Whenever I'm sure I bought something but can't find it in the fridge or pantry, it always fell out and is laying on the floor of my back seat.

Veggie oil isn't grease. It's the essential medium for frying about everything that once crawled or swam. ;-)
I thought it looked like butter or butter w/olive or veggie oil. Regardless, your crabcakes look like every crabcake I've even seen fried in Baltimore in an iron skillet. They looked delicious!
They were indeed delicious. ;-)
So bechamel made with buttermilk is tangy, not quite a hollandaise. But it was pretty good in the chicken lasagna, added a little more personality to it.
