What's for dinner?

So far a glass of chocolate milk. I have leftover shepherd's pie in the freezer, so I'll probably have that later.

It's chilly and rainy so I'm making Chicken Tot Pie. It's my own invention using thawed smashed tots as the bottom crust, then pot pie filling, then topped with more tots and baked until bubbly and crispy.



And I say "chilly" which makes me officially ridiculous because it's 77* outside.

Put a pork loin in the crock pot with apples, onions and sweet potatoes on Monday, had leftovers Tuesday. Tonight, hubby wants chili cheese dogs and french fries. I will definitely be taking anti heartburn pill today.
