What's for dinner?

The pork schnitzel (from Aldi) sounded good so dove into the freezer looking for it, but found a couple of breaded chicken patties (from Aldi). Pan fried them, layered some mozzarella slices on them (from Aldi) , boiled up some Priano Buccatini (from Aldi) and heated some Reggano tomato mushroom sauce (from Aldi), and washed it down with some 2% milk. Yup, from Aldi. :lmao:

Three spicy chicken strips, cut up over a mixed salad with some bacon, bits and chipotle ranch. Iced tea.

Chili dogs and some crazy looking blue corn chips that my fiancé treasures because they only contain 3 natural ingredients or something.

Popeyes. I usually get the 4-piece no sides, but when I asked for it tonight, she rang up each single piece and not a 4-piece single price. A little more expensive that way. They brought back the 3-piece $5.99 special. Could have ordered two of those for 6 pieces at less cost than the 4 separate pieces.

Oh well. Not going to get bent over a dollar or two.

Some pre-packaged chicken breast stuffed with artichoke hearts, spinach, and parmesan cheese, wild rice and quinoa, and corn. She loves shopping at Aldi's.

I have a roast and carrots in the crock pot, which is actually the Instant Pot that has a slow cooker feature that I'm not sure works well or not. And because I'm freaking stupid the second I typed that last sentence I remembered that I have a proper crock pot that a neighbor gave me but I'd forgotten about, so I just transferred the roast over to that instead.

I'm gonna make Italian Sausage Lasagna this weekend.

I still have some room left in my arteries for a touch more cholesterol.
