Meatball parm, using homemade stuffed meatballs. My neighbor ran me ragged on the pickleball court this morning so I feel like I deserve a treat.

It's one of my favorites that I haven't had in a long time. I told mom to pick a place and she hadn't so we ended up at The Lighthouse. When we were leaving, I seemed to have lost her so I turned back. She stopped at a table to compliment a baby. It was Robbie Booths and his wife.

Probably asked before but - how do you prepare lamb that DOESN'T include MINT or similar seasoning?
I mean, I don't care about tradition or the unusual flavor of lamb, MINT doesn't belong with meat, period.
