Short ribs in the crockpot, baked beans and cornbread. A friend brought me a strawberry cheesecake. I'll have a slice later.

I had a can of pulled pork left from when I was experimenting with canned meats, so made a pulled pork sammich.

Actually, not bad, texture wasn't great, more macerated pork than pulled. The sauce wasn't bad. I'd prefer to make the real thing, but for camping, survival or in a pinch, it's fine.

Castleberry's Pork in BBQ Sauce is stocked with my other canned goods, for just in case. Tried it..not bad.​
