I've done this similar for years. I use wild rice instead and chicken. With the soup mix 3/4 can of milk and the rest wine or sherry. In fact, I took chicken out of the freezer to make this tomorrow! :lol:

Might be a change in plans. I pulled out two boxes of rice from the pantry. Expired in 22 and 23. Oopsie! :lmao:

Lemon pepper salmon, leftover asparagus, and a heel of Italian bread and butter.

Salmon was iffy, but I baked it. Taste is off and my digestive system is still recovering. Defrosting a stuffed pepper my fiancé made just as I was coming down with my bug.

Thank you! I've done chicken similar to this, but never though of doing it with chops. Sounds yummy!
