Thats what I made, only with noodles and broccoli mixed in. Mine's nor real stroganoff since hubby won't touch anything with mushrooms, so no mushroom. Beef Stroganoffish.

Unplanned crockpot meal (stuff I had on hand) with ham, carrots, potatoes, lentils and diced onion. One bay leaf and veggie bouillon cube, paprika.
