What's for dinner?

I love pickled beets. Pickled eggs too.
I like pickled beets, but have never tried pickled eggs.


I made ham and cabbage with potatoes and onions sauteed in butter and garlic for dinner. As soon as I sat it on the table I realized I forgot to add the ham.
What can I say....it's been a long day!

Kraft mac & cheese with hotdogs cut up in it.

Not as good as I remember. Read the ingredients.


Did you use real hotdogs? It's gotten hard to find anything that's not a Slimy Chicken/Turkey infested imitation hotdog.

I had to check the pack I have in my fridge. Ball Park All Beef baby! Just starting out, Ball Park chicken/pork dogs were all we could afford when having cookouts. They were $.69 per pound. We called them squeak dogs because they made a funny noise when you bit down on them.
